Card less program linked to Customer’s mobile number.Customer on agreeing to enrol in the program needs to share OTP, to enable dealer to complete the enrolment process.On completing the enrollment process successfully, enrollment invoice print is shared with customer.
REDEMPTION
WHAT IS THE REDEMPTION PROCESS?
After successful enrolment, points are automatically awarded to loyalty members against transactions done with MSIL authorized outlets.Points can be redeemed (1 Point = 1 Rupee) against the purchase of products and services within the network through OTP validation linked with registered mobile number.
